In addition to Apple's Standard EULA, the following terms apply to your use of 50ish:
This license granted to you for 50ish is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
50ish offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the subscription terms outlined in our Subscription Terms document. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You are solely responsible for any content and data that you input into 50ish. You retain all ownership rights to your content, and grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the service.
Your use of 50ish is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
50ish is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall the developers of 50ish be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.
50ish may enable access to third-party services and websites. We have no control over such services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
