Apex stores the track-day information you enter, including events, lap times, setup notes, corner notes, vehicle details, maintenance records, tire data, and other driving notes. If you buy Apex Pro, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase history and subscription status so the app can unlock paid features. Apex may also collect product interaction and diagnostic data to improve reliability.
Your driving data is stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled for your device, it may sync through your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit services.
When you use AI Track Coach, the notes you submit are sent through our secure Cloudflare Worker proxy to generate a response. Do not submit information you do not want processed for that feature.
Apple StoreKit processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat helps validate and manage subscription status. Cloudflare hosts the AI proxy used by AI Track Coach.
We do not sell your data. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Apex is not directed at children under 13.
You can delete app data from inside Apex using Profile > Data > Delete All Data, or by deleting the app from your device. For questions, contact karoljaworsky@gmail.com.
