1. Ownership
The Butter mobile application, including but not limited to its source code, object code, user interface design, visual elements, graphics, icons, animations, layout, color schemes, and all original content, is the intellectual property of Karol Jaworski and is protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaties.
2. Protected Elements
The following elements are covered by this copyright notice:
- Application Code: All source code, compiled code, and software architecture.
- User Interface: The visual design, layout, navigation patterns, and interactive elements of the App.
- Graphics & Assets: All icons, illustrations, images, animations, and visual assets created for the App.
- Brand Identity: The Butter name, logo, taglines, and associated brand elements.
- Original Content: Any written content, descriptions, and instructional text authored for the App.
3. AI-Generated Recipes
Recipes generated by the AI are provided to you "as is" for your personal use. While we do not claim ownership of the specific text of recipes generated uniquely for you, the underlying systems, prompts, algorithms, and technology used to produce them remain the property of Karol Jaworski and their respective licensors.
You are free to:
- Cook, share, and modify recipes generated for your personal use.
- Share individual recipes with friends and family.
You may not:
- Systematically extract, scrape, or bulk-copy recipes from the App.
- Republish AI-generated recipes in a competing product or service.
- Claim AI-generated recipes as solely your own original work for commercial publication.
4. Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Karol Jaworski, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the App to third parties.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices within the App.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content in the Butter app infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located within the App.
- Your contact information (name, email, address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
