This Privacy Policy describes how Karol Jaworski ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the Couple Duel mobile application (the "App").
Couple Duel is designed with user privacy in mind. We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device or, if you choose to use Apple Sign-In, potentially within your private iCloud storage managed by Apple.
Since all core user-generated data is stored locally, we do not use it for tracking, advertising, or selling to third parties. Data potentially received via Apple Sign-In or purchase confirmations is used only for the necessary functioning of the App (authentication, unlocking features).
We do not share your locally stored data with third parties. Data stored in your iCloud account (if using Apple Sign-In for syncing) is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.
We rely on the security features provided by Apple's iOS platform and your device to protect your locally stored data. For data potentially synced via CloudKit, security is managed by Apple.
You can manage the data within the App by editing or deleting challenges and profile information directly within the App interface. You can manage your Apple Sign-In association and iCloud data through your Apple account settings.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Couple Duel mobile application (the "App") operated by Karol Jaworski ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who wish to access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.
Couple Duel is intended for personal, non-commercial use by couples to engage in challenges and activities. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.
You are responsible for the content you create within the App, including challenge details and activity descriptions. You agree not to create content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Karol Jaworski. The App is protected by copyright and other laws of both Poland and foreign countries.
Some parts of the App may be available only with an active paid subscription ("Couple Duel Premium"). Subscription terms are detailed in the "Subscription Terms" section below and are managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Couple Duel is intended for entertainment purposes. It does not provide professional relationship advice or therapy. Any scores, insights, or outcomes within the app should not be taken as definitive assessments of a relationship.
In no event shall Karol Jaworski be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Your use of the Couple Duel App is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Couple Duel offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Couple Duel Premium") managed via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
All subscription management, payments, and cancellations are handled through your Apple App Store account.
