Copyright Notice

1. Copyright Ownership

The Eyeness mobile application, including but not limited to its source code, design, graphics, user interface, content, data, and all other elements (collectively, the "Application"), is owned by Karol Jaworski and is protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties.

2. Proprietary Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including without limitation:

• Visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code
• Products, software, services, and all other elements of the Application
• The Eyeness name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans

are the exclusive property of Karol Jaworski or its licensors.

3. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with the End User License Agreement and Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Application to any third party
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Application
• Make the functionality of the Application available to multiple users through any means
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices

5. Trademarks

"Eyeness" and the Eyeness logo are trademarks of Karol Jaworski. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing in the Application are the property of their respective owners.

6. User Content

The Application may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.

7. Third-Party Content

The Application may contain third-party content or links to third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and such content remains the property of its respective owners.

8. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the alleged infringing material is located
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

9. Open Source Components

The Application may include open source software components. Each component is subject to its own applicable license terms, which can be found in the Application's documentation or settings.

10. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including seeking injunctive relief and damages.

11. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Copyright Notice from time to time. The updated notice will be effective as of the date stated at the top of the notice.
