Subscription Terms

1. Eyeness Premium Subscription

Eyeness offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and functionality beyond the free version of the app. By subscribing to Eyeness Premium, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

Eyeness Premium subscribers gain access to:

• Full Focus Flex Training Library: Complete access to all focus flexibility exercises and personalized routines
• Complete Eye Yoga Library: Guided audio sessions for morning, midday, and evening routines
• Advanced Insights & Analytics: Detailed analytics, trends, and exportable wellness reports
• Cross-Device Sync: Seamlessly access your data across all your devices
• Outdoor Exposure Tracker: Weekly insights on outdoor light exposure and vision benefits
• Priority Support: Get help faster with dedicated premium support
• Early Access: Be the first to try new features and exercises

4. Free Trial

4.1. New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of Eyeness Premium.

4.2. You will not be charged during the free trial period.

4.3. You must cancel before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged.

4.4. Once the free trial expires, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

5.2. Subscription prices are in US dollars and may vary by location due to local taxes and currency conversion.

5.3. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Automatic Renewal

6.1. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.2. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

6.3. The renewal charge will be the same as your original subscription price unless we have notified you of a price change.

7. Managing Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Eyeness"
5. Choose to modify or cancel your subscription

Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8.2. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

8.3. No partial refunds will be given for unused time.

9. Price Changes

9.1. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

9.2. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions immediately and to existing subscriptions upon renewal after the notice period.

9.3. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews at the new price.

10. Restoration of Purchases

If you get a new device or reinstall the app, you can restore your Premium subscription by:

1. Opening Eyeness
2. Going to Settings or the Premium section
3. Tapping "Restore Purchases"
4. Signing in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

11. Family Sharing

Eyeness Premium subscriptions support Family Sharing when available. Up to six family members can share a subscription when using Family Sharing.

12. Promotional Offers

12.1. We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or free trials.

12.2. Promotional offers are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of the offer.

12.3. Only one promotional offer can be used per Apple ID.

13. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Continued use of Eyeness Premium after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
