Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my Premium subscription on a new device?

Open Eyeness → Go to Settings → Tap "Restore Purchases" → Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The app isn't sending me break reminders. What should I do?

1. Check that notifications are enabled in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Eyeness
2. Ensure "Do Not Disturb" isn't blocking notifications
3. Check the break reminder settings in the app
4. Try toggling notifications off and on again

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Select Eyeness → Cancel Subscription. Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Can I export my eye wellness data?

Premium users can export data from the Insights tab. Tap the export icon and choose your preferred format (CSV or PDF).

Why isn't HealthKit syncing properly?

1. Check HealthKit permissions in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Eyeness
2. Ensure all required permissions are enabled
3. Force quit and restart the app
4. If issues persist, try reinstalling the app
