Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HairRush mobile application ("App") operated by HairRush ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the App
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
User Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store your content for the purpose of providing our services
- You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it
Subscriptions and Payments
- We offer subscription services that can be purchased through in-app purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HairRush and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our App without permission
Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
