Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I backup my memories?
A: Premium users can use automatic cloud backup. Free users can export their data from Profile → Backup & Export.
Q: Can I sync my memories across multiple devices?
A: Yes, this is a premium feature. Sign in with the same Apple ID on all devices to sync your memories.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Rekolla → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium features until the end of your billing period.
Q: What happens to my memories if I delete the app?
A: Local memories will be deleted. Premium users with cloud backup can restore them by reinstalling the app. We recommend exporting your data first.
Q: How do I create custom categories?
A: Go to Profile → Custom Categories → tap the "+" button. You can create unlimited custom categories with a premium subscription.
Q: Can I share my memories with others?
A: Rekolla is designed for personal journaling. You can export individual memories or take screenshots to share specific content.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your memories are private and secure. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Q: What file formats can I import?
A: You can add photos (JPEG, PNG), videos (MP4, MOV), and record voice notes directly in the app. Premium users get support for higher resolution media.
