Sparky, the Sparky logo, and all related graphics, logos, icons, and service names are trademarks of Karol Jaworsky or Sparky's trademark licensors. The Sparky application, including but not limited to its code, interface, content, and design, is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Licensing

The Sparky application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Karol Jaworsky and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Use of the application does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights to any user. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

3. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that they hold in content they create and store within the Sparky application. By using Sparky, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing you with our services and improving them.

4. Third-Party Materials

Certain components of the Sparky application may include third-party software, content, or other materials ("Third-Party Materials") that are subject to separate license terms.
