These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of TaskClan Premium subscriptions. By subscribing to TaskClan Premium, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

TaskClan offers the following Premium subscription options:

2. Free Trial

7-Day Free Trial

• All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial
• Full access to all Premium features during trial
• Cancel anytime during trial for no charge
• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription if not cancelled
• Only one free trial per Apple ID

Trial Cancellation

• Cancel through your Apple ID account settings
• Must cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends
• Premium features remain active until trial expires
• No notification required - cancellation is immediate

3. Premium Features

Unlimited Usage

• Family Size: Up to 20 family members (vs. 3 free)
• Daily Tasks: Unlimited task logging (vs. 5 free)
• Weekly Duels: Unlimited family competitions (vs. 3 free)
• Rewards: Advanced reward customization and tracking

Advanced Features

• Photo Verification: Add photos to task completions
• Advanced Analytics: Detailed family productivity insights
• MVP Card Export: Share weekly achievement cards
• Historical Data: Access to all-time family statistics
• Priority Support: Faster response to support requests

4. Billing and Payment

Apple App Store Billing

• All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payment charged to your Apple ID account
• Billing managed through your Apple ID settings
• We don't have access to your payment information

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Renewal occurs 24 hours before current period ends
• Same price unless you're notified of changes
• Disable auto-renewal in Apple ID account settings

Price Changes

• Subscription prices may change with 30 days notice
• Price changes don't affect current subscription period
• You'll be notified of changes through the app
• Cancel anytime if you don't agree to new pricing

5. Cancellation and Refunds

How to Cancel

• Open Settings on your iOS device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select TaskClan and tap "Cancel Subscription"
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled by Apple, not TaskClan
• Request refunds through Apple's support system
• Refunds subject to Apple's standard refund policy
• No automatic refunds for partial subscription periods
• Premium features remain active until subscription expires

After Cancellation

• Premium features remain active until subscription expires
• Account automatically reverts to free plan
• Family size may be reduced to free limit (3 members)
• Daily and weekly limits apply again
• All family data is preserved

6. Family Sharing

Apple Family Sharing

• TaskClan Premium supports Apple Family Sharing
• One subscription can be shared with up to 6 family members
• Each family member gets their own TaskClan account
• Family organizer manages the subscription

Shared Subscription Rules

• All family members get Premium features
• Each family can have up to 20 members total
• Shared subscription follows Apple's family sharing rules
• If family sharing is disabled, only purchaser keeps Premium

7. Service Availability

Feature Availability

• Premium features are available immediately after purchase
• Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance
• New Premium features may be added without notice
• Some features may be discontinued with 30 days notice

Technical Requirements

• Premium features require compatible iOS device
• Some features may need specific iOS versions
• Internet connection required for subscription verification
• Local data storage doesn't require internet

8. Subscription Violations

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing subscription credentials outside your family
• Using automated tools to access Premium features
• Attempting to bypass subscription requirements
• Violating Apple's App Store terms

Consequences

• Subscription may be terminated for violations
• No refunds for terminated subscriptions
• Account may be permanently banned
• Apple may take additional action

9. Data and Privacy

Subscription Data

• We only receive subscription status from Apple
• No access to your payment or billing information
• Subscription history is managed by Apple
• Premium feature usage is tracked locally

Data Retention

• Premium data (photos, analytics) stored locally
• Data remains accessible after subscription ends
• Export features available to preserve data
• Account deletion removes all data permanently

10. Support and Contact

Subscription Support

• Premium subscribers receive priority support
• Response time typically within 24 hours
• Support available via email only
• Apple handles billing and payment issues
