Overview

HomeHero offers premium features through various subscription plans and a one-time lifetime purchase option. These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of paid features within the App. By subscribing to HomeHero Premium, you agree to these terms.

Important: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. You must agree to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

HomeHero offers a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers to Monthly and Yearly plans.

Trial Terms

Trial Start and End

Your trial begins immediately when you subscribe. The exact end time is displayed in the subscription confirmation. To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

HomeHero Premium includes:

Auto-Renewal

All recurring subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

How Auto-Renewal Works

Managing Auto-Renewal

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Auto-renewal must be disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.

Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase that provides permanent access to HomeHero Premium features.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID payment method. HomeHero does not directly process or store your payment information.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select HomeHero
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Apple's Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. HomeHero does not directly process refunds.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your HomeHero purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select your reason and submit

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will affect new subscribers immediately and existing subscribers at their next renewal.

Family Sharing

HomeHero Premium subscriptions support Apple's Family Sharing feature, allowing you to share your subscription with family members.

Setting Up Family Sharing

Family Sharing must be configured through your Apple ID settings. Visit Apple's support site for instructions on setting up Family Sharing.

Geographic Availability

HomeHero subscriptions are available worldwide wherever the Apple App Store operates. Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store.

Taxes

Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and charged by Apple based on your billing address and local tax laws.

Subscription Transfer

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred to another Apple ID. If you change devices but use the same Apple ID, your subscription will remain active.

Restoration of Purchases

If you reinstall HomeHero or install it on a new device with the same Apple ID, you can restore your subscription at no charge. Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

Service Interruptions

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, but we will work to resolve issues promptly.

Changes to Features

We may add, modify, or remove premium features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes to features included in their subscription.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to premium features if you:

Third-Party Services

Subscription management uses RevenueCat for subscription analytics and cross-platform support. RevenueCat's privacy policy and terms apply to their services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of premium features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
