3.1 Local Storage

All your time tracking data is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. This data includes:

• Custom categories and settings
• AI analysis results and insights

3.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

Pro users can optionally enable iCloud sync to access their data across multiple devices. When enabled:

• Data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
• We cannot access your iCloud data
• Data remains under your Apple ID's privacy protection
• You can disable sync at any time in Settings

3.3 AI Processing

AI analysis of your time patterns is performed:

• On-device when possible for maximum privacy
• Via secure, anonymized prompts when cloud processing is needed
• Without storing personal identifiers on our servers

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

• Apple App Store: For subscription processing and app distribution
• AI Services: Anonymized data for generating insights (when cloud processing is used)

5. Your Privacy Rights

• View: All your data is accessible within the app

• Sync Control: Enable or disable iCloud sync at any time

You can export your time tracking data in standard formats and use it with other applications.

6. Children's Privacy

TimeSlip is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

TimeSlip integrates with Apple services:

8.2 No Analytics Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
