1. Subscription Plans

TimeSlip offers the following subscription options for Pro features:

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial of TimeSlip Pro features:

• Full access to all Pro features during the trial period
• No charge during the 7-day trial
• Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• One free trial per Apple ID

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Prices include applicable taxes where required
• Payment method is determined by your App Store account settings

4.2 Billing Cycle

• Weekly: Charged every 7 days
• Monthly: Charged every calendar month
• Yearly: Charged every 12 months

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > TimeSlip Pro
• Mac: App Store > Sign In > View Information > Manage Subscriptions
• Apple TV: Settings > Users and Accounts > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• PC: iTunes > Account > View My Account > Manage Subscriptions

5.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

• Cancellation prevents future billing but doesn't immediately revoke access
• You retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period
• After expiration, your account reverts to the free tier
• Your data remains safe and accessible

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy:

• Contact Apple Support for refund requests
• Refunds are typically available for recent purchases
• Apple determines refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
• TimeSlip cannot directly process refunds

6. Pro Feature Details

6.1 Unlimited History

• Access to all historical time tracking data
• No 7-day limitation on data retention
• Full timeline and analysis capabilities

6.2 Weekly AI Reports

• Comprehensive weekly productivity analysis
• Advanced pattern recognition and insights
• Personalized recommendations for improvement
• Trend analysis over multiple weeks

6.3 Data Export

• Export time tracking data in CSV format
• Generate PDF reports for sharing
• Customizable date ranges and categories
• Professional report formatting

6.4 iCloud Sync

• Automatic synchronization across all your devices
• Secure, encrypted data storage
• Real-time updates when connected to internet
• Seamless device switching

7. Subscription Changes

7.1 Plan Changes

• You can upgrade or downgrade plans through the App Store
• Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
• Pro-rated billing may apply for upgrades

7.2 Price Changes

• We may modify subscription prices with advance notice
• Existing subscribers receive 30 days advance notice
• Price changes don't affect current billing cycles
• You can cancel before price changes take effect

8. Service Availability

8.1 Feature Availability

Pro features are available as long as you maintain an active subscription:

• Features become immediately available upon subscription
• Access continues through the end of the paid period
• Some features may require internet connectivity

8.2 Service Interruptions

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for cloud-dependent features
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
• Core time tracking functions work offline
• No refunds for brief service interruptions

9. Data and Privacy

9.1 Pro Data Handling

• All data remains under your control
• iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud storage
• We cannot access your iCloud synced data
• Data export allows you to retain information after cancellation

9.2 Account Termination

• Upon subscription expiration, Pro features are disabled
• Your data remains locally on your device
• Re-subscribing restores all Pro functionality
• No data is deleted due to subscription cancellation
