• "Prepair" name and logo

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App on your personal devices
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• View and interact with copyrighted content within the App

This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Distribute, publish, or make available to others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove or obscure copyright notices
• Use for commercial purposes without permission

Third-Party Content and Services

The App integrates with and uses content from third-party services:

AI Services

• Grok AI (xAI): Used for interview question generation and coaching feedback
• Google Gemini TTS: Used for text-to-speech voice synthesis
• Google Nano Banana CV Model: Used for headshot generation
• AssemblyAI: Used for speech-to-text transcription

Content generated by these services is subject to their respective terms and copyright policies. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content processed through these services.

Infrastructure Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Apple: App distribution and payment processing

User-Generated Content

Your Content Rights

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload to the App, including:

• Interview practice recordings (audio and video)
• Profile information and resume data
• Custom interview questions
• Career coach conversation history
• Job application tracking data

License to Use Your Content

By uploading or creating content in the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Display your content back to you
• Share your content with third-party AI services for processing
• Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics (without personally identifying you)

This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for anonymized data used in aggregated statistics.

Fair Use

Limited use of copyrighted material may be permitted under fair use doctrines for purposes such as:

• Criticism or commentary
• News reporting
• Teaching or education
• Research

Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

Trademark Information

"Prepair" and our logo are trademarks owned by Prepair. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized Use

The following uses of our trademarks are prohibited without written permission:

• Use in your own product or service names
• Use in domain names or social media handles
• Use in advertising or promotional materials
• Modification or alteration of our marks
• Use in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation

Attribution Requirements

If you are permitted to use our copyrighted materials, proper attribution must include:

• Copyright symbol (©) followed by the year and "Prepair"
• Statement: "Used with permission from Prepair"
• Link to our website or App Store page (where applicable)
