1. Open Tellie and tap "Start New Story"

Tap the "Upgrade to Premium" button anywhere in the app, or go to Settings โ†’ Subscription. Choose your plan and complete the purchase through Apple's secure payment system.

1. Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID (your name at top)
2. Tap "Subscriptions"
3. Find "Tellie" and tap it
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

1. Check that Tellie has microphone permission in Settings โ†’ Privacy โ†’ Microphone

During or after a story, tap the "Save Story" button. Saved stories appear in "My Book" tab where you can re-read, share, or delete them. Premium subscribers can save unlimited stories.

Yes! If you have Apple Family Sharing enabled, your Tellie Premium subscription automatically works for up to 6 family members. Set up Family Sharing in Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Family Sharing.

๐ŸŒ Does Tellie work offline?

Tellie requires an internet connection to generate new stories using AI. However, saved stories in your library can be read offline anytime.

๐Ÿ”’ Is my child's data safe?

Absolutely! We're COPPA compliant and designed for children's safety. We don't collect personal information, don't share data with third parties, and all stories are private to your family. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

๐Ÿ“ฑ What devices does Tellie support?

Tellie requires iOS 17.0 or later and works on iPhone and iPad. We recommend iPhone 12 or newer for the best experience, especially for voice features.
