HomeHero and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, user interface, visual interface, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code, are the exclusive property of Karol Jaworski and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Protected Works

Trademark Notice

HomeHero™ and the HomeHero logo are trademarks of Karol Jaworski. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners.

Unauthorized Use of Trademarks

You may not use the HomeHero name, logo, or any other Karol Jaworski trademarks without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws.

All Rights Reserved

"All Rights Reserved" means that Karol Jaworski retains all rights to the copyrighted work. No part of HomeHero may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of the copyright owner, except as permitted by U.S. copyright law and the limited license granted in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

License vs. Ownership

When you download and use HomeHero, you receive a limited license to use the App as described in the End User License Agreement. This license does NOT transfer ownership of the App or any of its components to you. You acquire no ownership rights in HomeHero or its intellectual property.

What You Can Do

• Use HomeHero for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by the license
• Create personal task data and family groups within the App
• Share your own user-generated content within the App's features

What You Cannot Do

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding for commercial purposes
• Extract or reuse any portion of the code or design

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

Karol Jaworski respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement within the HomeHero app, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Third-Party Intellectual Property

HomeHero may incorporate or integrate with third-party services and technologies. The intellectual property rights in these third-party services remain with their respective owners:

• Supabase: Database and authentication technology
• RevenueCat: Subscription management services
• Google: Google Sign-In authentication
• Apple: Apple Sign-In, iOS frameworks, and App Store services

User-Generated Content

While you retain copyright ownership of content you create within HomeHero (such as task descriptions, notes, and custom rewards), you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Open Source Components

HomeHero may include certain open-source software components. These components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses and are not covered by this copyright notice. Attribution for open-source components can be found in the App's settings under "Acknowledgments" or "Open Source Licenses."

International Copyright Protection

HomeHero is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All countries that are signatories to the Berne Convention and other international copyright agreements provide protection for the copyrighted works contained in HomeHero.

Copyright Duration

Copyright protection for HomeHero and its components lasts for the life of the copyright owner plus 70 years, or in the case of works made for hire, 95 years from publication or 120 years from creation, whichever is shorter, in accordance with U.S. copyright law.
