This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the TaskClan mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using TaskClan, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
1. Apple's Standard EULA
TaskClan is distributed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement for Applications. The complete Apple EULA can be found at:

In addition to Apple's standard terms, the following TaskClan-specific terms apply:
2. License Grant
Personal Use License
- TaskClan grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app
- License is limited to your family's personal use only
- You may install TaskClan on multiple devices within your family
- Commercial use is strictly prohibited
Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the TaskClan app
- Reverse engineering or decompiling is prohibited
- You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the app
- Creating derivative works is not permitted
3. Subscription License
Premium Features
- Premium subscriptions grant access to additional features
- Subscription benefits apply to your entire family account
- License to premium features expires with subscription
- Features may be modified or discontinued with notice
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds follow Apple's standard refund policy
- Auto-renewal can be disabled in your Apple ID settings
4. Data and Privacy
Local Data Storage
- TaskClan stores your family's data locally on your device
- You retain full ownership of all family data
- Data is not transmitted to external servers without consent
- You can export or delete your data at any time
Privacy Protection
- We don't sell or share your personal information
- Data collection is limited to app functionality
- Children's privacy is specially protected under COPPA

5. Intellectual Property
TaskClan's Rights
- TaskClan app and all content are protected by copyright
- Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property
- App design, features, and functionality are proprietary
- All rights not explicitly granted are reserved
Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create in TaskClan
- Task names, notes, and family data belong to you
- Photos uploaded (Premium feature) remain your property
- You grant us license to process your data for app functionality
6. Updates and Modifications
App Updates
- We regularly release updates to improve TaskClan
- Updates may add, modify, or remove features
- Critical security updates may be automatic
- Major changes will be communicated to users
EULA Changes
- This EULA may be updated from time to time
- Significant changes will require your acceptance
- Continued use constitutes agreement to updates
- You'll be notified of important changes
7. Termination
Your Rights
- You may terminate this license by deleting the app
- Account deletion permanently removes all family data
- Subscription cancellation stops future billing
- No refunds for unused subscription time
Our Rights
- We may terminate accounts for EULA violations
- Serious violations may result in permanent bans
- We'll provide notice when possible
- Termination doesn't affect Apple's standard EULA terms
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Disclaimers
- TaskClan is provided "as is" without warranties
- We don't guarantee specific family outcomes
- App performance may vary by device
- Family dynamics and results are not guaranteed
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid
- We're not liable for family disputes or issues
- Indirect or consequential damages are excluded
- Apple's liability limitations also apply
9. Support and Contact
Technical Support
- We provide email support for TaskClan issues
- Premium subscribers receive priority support
- Apple handles App Store-related issues
- Response time is typically within 48 hours
