Standard EULA
By downloading and using HomeHero from the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the application.

License Scope
The standard Apple EULA grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use HomeHero on any Apple device that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works

In the event of any conflict between Apple's standard EULA and our additional terms, Apple's EULA shall take precedence regarding the license grant and basic usage rights, while our additional terms provide specific rules for using HomeHero's features and services.
License Grant Summary
Under Apple's standard EULA, you are granted a license to:
- Install and use HomeHero on Apple devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Transfer the App between devices as permitted by App Store rules
License Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
- Make any modification or create derivative works
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

HomeHero integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:

Consent to Use of Data
You agree that the developer may collect and use technical data and related information, including device information and usage statistics, to facilitate product support, software updates, and other services. This data usage is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
Updates and Maintenance
The developer may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the App. You agree that this EULA applies to all such updates unless they are accompanied by a separate license agreement.
Warranty Disclaimer
AS PROVIDED IN APPLE'S STANDARD EULA, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER AND APPLE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER AND APPLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Apple's Role
You acknowledge that:
- This EULA is between you and Karol Jaworski (the developer), not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranty claims
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, excluding conflict of law provisions. For users outside the United States, local laws may also apply.
Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with Apple's standard EULA, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App.
