Q: My family data disappeared. How do I get it back?
A: TaskClan stores data locally on your device. Check if you have an iCloud backup you can restore from. If you recently deleted the app, your data may be recoverable. Contact support immediately for assistance.
Q: I can't add more family members. What's wrong?
A: Free accounts are limited to 3 family members. If you've reached this limit, consider upgrading to Premium for unlimited family members. Check your current family size in the Profile section.
Q: My subscription isn't working. How do I fix it?
A: First, check your subscription status in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. If it shows active but TaskClan doesn't recognize it, try signing out and back into your Apple ID, then restart the app.
Q: Tasks aren't saving or XP isn't being awarded.
A: This usually indicates a data saving issue. Make sure you have sufficient device storage and that TaskClan has necessary permissions. Try force-closing and reopening the app.
Q: How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
A: Go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > TaskClan > Cancel Subscription. Your Premium features will remain active until the current billing period ends.
Q: Can I get a refund for my subscription?
A: Refunds are handled by Apple, not TaskClan. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
